Leonard Tedd

Leonard Tedd is an infrastructure adviser in the Investment Climate Team in DFID’s Policy Division. Leonard has an M.Eng Engineering degree from Durham University and an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London which included research on the power sector in Mozambique. Leonard joined DFID in 2004 and has worked overseas in Pakistan, Ethiopia, and Sudan, including Darfur and Southern Sudan. Leonard has previously worked for Oxfam and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
