Asia: Now Larger than Africa, the Americas & Europe Combined

Asia has become the dominant commercial power in the world. Its share of global GDP, at 54.8%, is significantly larger than that of Africa, the Americas, and Europe combined.

Asia's share of Global GDP growth over the past decade is even more startling, at over 70.1% of the total, compared with 6.5% for Africa, 9.2% for Europe and 14.2% for the Americas.
