GOVERNANCE FACTORS

Rule of Law is the foundation for communities of justice, opportunity, and peace—underpinning development, accountable government, and respect for fundamental rights.

Research shows that rule of law correlates to higher economic growth, greater peace, less inequality, improved health outcomes, and more education.

Rule of Law data has been indexed on a scale of 0-100 to show each countries relative position against others in the database. A value of 100 indicates a very high Rule of Law.
